Roses
My darling daughter's teacher ordered a chocolate fudge cake to celebrate her birthday with her friends, whom birthday also fall in the same month. She had requested to use less sugarpaste for the cake, so i omitted the coating of the cake with sugarpaste and just covered it with chocolate ganache. The decorating was done with hand-made roses.
